Privacy, Signing Out & Deleting

What's stored, and how to remove it from your phone or for good.
Free — in the free app

Your data is yours. It lives on your phone, and — if you sign in — in your private CampSavvy account so it can come back on a new phone. We don't sell it or show ads.

What's stored

  • Your rig, checklists, maintenance dates, service log and photos, tanks, trips and settings.
  • Your sign-in email (or Apple/Google account), and which phones are signed in.
  • If you connect a repair shop: the link to that shop. Your shop's records stay at the shop; we fetch them for you.
  • Leveler calibration and hitch height stay on the phone only.

The full policy is at getcampsavvy.com/privacy.

Signed in on a computer

The web trip planner stays signed in on that browser. Click Sign out at the top of the planner when you're done on a shared computer.

Sign out

Settings → Account → Sign out. Your data stays backed up and comes back when you sign in again, but it's removed from this phone.

Erase this phone

Not signed in? Settings → Erase all data deletes your rig, checklists, maintenance and service log from the phone. It can't be undone.

Delete your account

Settings → Account → Delete account permanently deletes your account, your backed-up data and photos, and disconnects your repair shops. It can't be undone.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription — Apple and Google handle those. Cancel it in your store account (see CampSavvy Pro).
Still stuck? Email [email protected] and tell us your phone model and what you were trying to do.
